We Updated Our Pillars of Educational Excellence

For years, the West Shore Foundation has supported the District in the areas of Academics, Arts, Athletics, Technology, and Leadership. Then one day, Justin Weaver (of Aquaponics fame) asked us for chickens. We happily supported this project, but we didn't know how it fell into our existing Pillars.

We gave some thought to what we were supporting and what you were doing in your buildings and classrooms, and we decided to make a few updates to reflect and show our support of the great things happening throughout the District. We are excited to share with you our new Pillars of Educational Excellence: Academics, Arts & Culture, Athletics, Innovation, and Community Wellness. It is our hope that these new Pillars will broaden the scope of our efforts and help support you in bringing your classrooms to life.
